Firm Profile
Our firm was founded by the late Frank Wotitzky in 1940 with a passionate sense of civic duty and a desire to champion clients’ rights.
Frank’s brother, the late Leo Wotitzky, joined the firm in 1953. As members of a pioneer family that came to Punta Gorda in 1887, the brothers felt compelled to play an active role in the business, economic, and community development of Charlotte County. Simultaneously, their law practice flourished and is now one of the most successful in Southwest Florida.
The firm’s burgeoning practice and the needs of our clients led it into many areas of the law. Today, our legal team provides services in a variety of areas, including personal injury; wrongful death; real estate law; probate; wills, trusts, and estate planning; real estate closings and title insurance; civil litigation; commercial loan transactions; condominium law; zoning and land use law; as well as business and corporate law; local, state, and government law; and bankruptcy.
With Frank and Leo Wotitzky’s heritage of civic-minded dedication as a guiding principle, our attorneys continue to strive for excellence in service and dedication to our client’s needs.
